ABOUT THE ROLE:
The position involves supervising a 3rd party logistics provider in the SCE region to ensure the delivery of excellent logistics services aligned with corporate values and departmental goals. Daily responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels, and confirming resupply orders from the Deployment and Planning team. The role also entails managing inventory control for all SCE locations, ensuring accuracy in systems, and maintaining agreed-upon warehouse/inventory control procedures with the 3rd party. Providing training and support to the logistics provider and country management, ensures compliance with S.O.X., and reports and analyzes operational KPIs. Additionally, the position supports sustainability initiatives, addresses local logistic requirements, and acts as a temporary backup for logistic roles in Italy when needed.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
-Responsible for supervising the 3rd party logistics provider for the SCE region, ensuring excellent logistics service to be delivered to our Members, based on agreed performance targets and in line with corporate values and departmental goals.
-Responsible for daily inventory management, ensuring the best product availability by maintaining stock levels within set guidelines, reviewing and confirming resupply order recommendations from Deployment and Planning team
-Responsible for inventory control for all SCE locations, ensuring inventory information in our systems is accurate and matches with the 3rd party's systems.
-Ensures that warehouse/inventory control procedures are available, agreed with and maintained by the 3rd party.
-Provides training, guidance and support on all logistics related matters to the 3rd party logistics provider and country management.
-Ensures all logistics activities within the SCE region are compliant with S.O.X. corporate, regional and legal requirements
-Responsible for reporting and analyzing operational KPl's.
-SCE consists of Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo
-Support manager and EMEA team on sustainability initiatives, and local logistic related requirements
-Acting as temporary back up for Logistic coordinator and Inventory Controller and Planner in Italy when needed and according to agreement with management.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Skills:
-Fluent in English. Italian is a plus
-Experienced in working with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and planning applications.
-Experience with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
-Excellent customer service
-Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
-Excellent time management and organizational skills
-Strong analytical capabilities and proactiveness
Experience:
-2-4 years’ experience in Materials Management environment and Inventory/Warehouse Management
-Experience in Inventory Control activities like: Receiving, Transactions, Cycle Count, Disposal, Country Scan
Education:
-Higher level education or equivalent
