THE ROLE:
Mainly daily functions, which are not limited to: Properly performs the GL Accounting records for the entities/business units assigned, and in accordance with Company’s Policies and Local and USGAAP Accounting frameworks; Prepare proper and timely reconciliation of Accounting Templates. Prepare proper reports and information requested by Corporate and timely delivered in accordance to a calendar; Support on Internal and External Audit requirements.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: (Responsibilities and tasks associated with the job)
- Support on validation of Journal Entries.
- Preparation of month end accruals
- Preparation of expense summary MIS for variaous expense heads as part of books closure
- Preparation of schedules and arranging the supporting documentation for internal as well as external Audit
- Preparation of intercompany accounting entries, reconciliation and analysis.
- Preparation and support on the review of Accounting Reconciliations
- Follow up and corrections on reconciling ítems within the Accounting reconciliations
- Perform activities, processes, task and procedures within the Company’s Policies and Procedures and SOX Frameworks.

Part of the Financial reporting team who is responsible for the reporting of financial statements to Region and Corporate team.

Skills
- Accounting, Internal Controls, and SOD,
- Microsoft Excel intermediate level
- Ability to be a team player
- Ability to adapt to who evolves the Organization

Experience:
- Experience in a big 4 accounting firm
- 2-3 years’ experience in accounting
- Knowledge in Accounting, Internal Control and Taxes
- Experience on Microsoft (Excel, Word).
- Ability to consistently perform and process financial information
- Ability to carry out responsibilities under general supervision
- Ability to solve practical and critical problems.
- Ability to function as effective team member.
- Experience on ERPs Oracle, SAP
Education:
- Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience
- Chartered Accountant Inter with 4-5 years of experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience
- Chartered Accountant Inter with 4-5 years of experience
