About the role: 
Customer Relatioship Supervisor will develop closer relationships with the Icelandic market, specifically Leadership, and leverage these relationships to identify opportunities for process and service improvements. This person will be the face of Herbalife Iceland and the voice of the Icelandic market - utilising knowledge, statistics and relationships from both sides, to deliver outstanding service levels whilst encouraging future growth of the market. This will be a holistic role, where the Supervisor will have a high degree of autonomy, responsibility and influence – being involved in Marketing & Sales intitiatives, local Events, as well as Service Excellence.
 
In this role you will:
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with Members and Internal Team
  • Collaboarate effectively across internal departments and support with wider team deliverables
  • Be the first point of contact for all Member queries and escalations
  • Analyse quantative and qualatitive data to identify opportunities to improve
  • Lead external meetings – with Members, providing updates and discussing support needs
  • Lead internal meetings – brief the wider team on opportunities for improvement/growth
  • Develop an deep understanding of the Market needs and work with
    • Promotions Team – to support in developing purposeful promotions to the market
    • Marketing Team – to support in developing market specific campaigns and content
    • Events Team – to support with planning and delivering local events
    • Project Planning – responsible for leading key business projects for Iceland
  • Take ownership of the overall service delivery of the Icelandic Market
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met and maintained (phone and online)
  • Outbound call campaigns to gain key insights
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of ongoing Promos, Campaigns & Communications
  • Support with Marketing Campaigns and Communication creation/scheduling
  • Hands on involvement with local event planning and execution
 
Our requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Icelandic (speaking, reading & writing)
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • An experience as supervisor will be as an asset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office apps + Outlook
  • Confident Communication
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ownership
  • Initiative and Autonomy
