Representative, Warehouse - Ghana

THE ROLE
Responsible for fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, labelling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, monitor inventory reports to ensure healthy stocks and accurately fulfilling customer orders. 
Operative will participate in inventory related projects driven by EMEA Inventory Team where required.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE
Fulfill all warehouse duties and stock related duties. This includes
• Receiving, inspection and storage of all goods
• Picking, packing and handing over orders to Distributors (pick up orders)
• Performing physical and cycle counts (periodically or via cycle count program)
• Loading and unloading of resupply trucks
• Handling returns (buy backs, 30days guarantee return)
• Kit building
• Any other duties that will be assigned.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM
• Net Accuracy Rate of at least 99.7% on cycle count.
• Ensure 100% of adjustments are always reconciled and explained.
• Ensure 100% country scan score monthly 
• Orders not older than 10 days, SKUs have correct status.
• Ensure 100% product availability in warehouse.
• 100% of inventory counted quarterly.

Experience 
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role 
• Ability to prioritize job tasks in order of changing priority and in a deadline driven, fast paced work environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Education 
• Minimum HND in Purchases and Supply, Logistics or any business-related discipline
