POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:

General

The Transformation Analyst at Herbalife GBS Bangalore Center plays a pivotal role in driving organizational change and process optimization. With expertise spanning various domains, this individual assesses, designs, and implements solutions that enhance efficiency, align with strategic goals, and elevate overall performance. As a key contributor, the Transformation Analyst collaborates with stakeholders, leverages industry best practices, and ensures successful transformation initiatives.

 

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  1. Assessment, Due Diligence & Documentation:
    • Conduct thorough assessments, due diligence, and meticulous documentation to gain a deep understanding of our existing business processes.
    • Identify areas for improvement or transformation, ensuring clarity on pain points and opportunities.
  2. Business Recommendations 
    • Develop and present compelling business cases to drive organizational change.
    • Identify threats and opportunities, presenting findings, projections, and recommended actions
  3. Opportunity Matrix Creation:
    • Prioritize transformation initiatives by creating an opportunity matrix.
    • Evaluate impact and feasibility, allowing us to focus on high-value projects.
  4. Designing & Implementing Solutions:
    • Lead the design of solutions that directly align with our strategic objectives and work in Guided collaboration with project managers and managing the interdependencies between projects
    • Ensure these solutions deliver tangible value and enhance overall performance.
  5. People and Organizational Design:
    • Oversee the redesign of organizational structures and roles.
    • Facilitate seamless transitions to support new business processes and capabilities.
  6. Location Strategy Development:
    • Strategize and optimize location-based resources and facilities.
    • Align these strategies with our organizational goals for maximum impact.
  7. Benchmarking & Industry Best Practices:
    • Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, partners, etc
    • Implement benchmarking activities to identify industry best practices.
    • Adapt and integrate these practices into our internal processes for continuous improvement.

 

ORGANIZATIONAL INTERACTIONS:

• Communication with all internal customers of the company.

• Communication with Managers and Directors

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

  • Global Capability Centers/ SSC/GBS Expertise: Proficiency in Process Excellence, Transition, and Transformation with a focus on Global Capability Centers.
  • GBS Transformation Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge spanning areas such as Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and industry-specific services in Global Business Services (GBS) transformation.
  • Current Trends Awareness: In-depth understanding of current trends in GBS, offshoring, and outsourcing, with the ability to stay abreast of industry developments.
  • Delivery Experience: Proven experience in operating model design, shared services setup, process transformation, GBS optimization, location advisory, business diagnostics, business case analysis, sourcing, and outsourcing/offshoring strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills: Demonstrated experience in independently managing senior external/internal stakeholders.

Education and Certifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline).
  • Expertise in Business Excellence, Solution Design & Implementation.
  • Preferably possessing a background with a Big 4 firm or strategic consulting.
