Marketing Coordinator - Ukrainian market

About the role:
This role is to help with execution of the following local marketing activities: on ground product launches working closely with cross functional teams in local and EMEA office, incl. Logistics, Licensing, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and PR & Comm; Marketing & Consumer research; Split of Marketing communications, incl. media campaigns (both local and nationwide, tactical and strategic), working closely with on ground vendors (production and media agencies) and in-house teams, PR & communications, sponsorship management, Member tools, materials and trainings; Adaptation and/or development of Members’ education programs, consumers & Member promotions, production.
Reports to Marketing Manager Herbalife Ukraine.
In this role you will:
- Promote calendar support and follow up
- Keep company's websites up to date
- Organise, prepare, and carry out tenders in strict correspondence with company procedures (negotiate with potential and existing vendors and suppliers, analyze price offers, prepare documents, negotiate contracts, obtain approvals)
- Coordinate and control different print and other material production - approve technical specifications, circulation, sample approval, SKU request, etc.
- Financially control in strict correspondence with budget frames: sign additional agreements, pay bills
- Interact with Logistics in case of import to Ukraine
- Control stock of marketing gifts and print materials on an ongoing basis
- Set up the Promo Engine - comment from Tatiana to keep it
- Conduct post-promo analysis; work with reports
- Provide information on promo results on a regular basis
- Interact with colleagues on the promo engine
- Communicate (create cards and presentations)
- Interact with various levels of the organization, including HN Members, Corporate staff, and outside vendors & service providers
- Implement promotions support and communication innovation tools
- Adapt WW innovation strategies for Ukraine
- Execute all necessary translation (ENG-UA and vice versa if needed)
- Provide all necessary support for the new product launches
Our requirements:
- 2+ years of experience on the position mostly related with marketing area - brand, category management, trade marketing is a must
- University degree in Marketing or Economics (not obligatory)
- Native Ukrainian & fluent Russian
- Very good level of English
- Skills and knowledges in Canva, photo-video applications, AI
- PC literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop)
- Attentive to details and ability to work with numbers
- Confident & personable with good interpersonal skills
- Communicative, energetic & enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ approach to tasks
- Able to work as part of an international team but also independently while work on distance or when Manager is out of the office
- Able to set own priorities & take the initiative
- Ability to multi-task but still attend to detail and focus on important issues
- Ability to stay focused when working under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines
- Very customer service orientated
- Strong administrative & organizational skills
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours, which may include some evenings and weekends
