About the Role

As a L&D Coordinator, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering learning and development programs specifically tailored for Herbalife's network of Independent Distributors at various stages of their journey within the marketing plan. You'll play a key role in enhancing Distributor knowledge across products, services, marketing strategies, and promotional tools like Flow and Daily Method of Operations (DMO's). You’ll also support internal teams in managing the platforms used for distributing and tracking training materials. In collaboration with the content team, you will help create dynamic digital content and ensure training resources are adapted for local markets. Additionally, you’ll work alongside event teams to design training sessions that align with event objectives. Regularly interacting with departments such as sales, marketing, and distributor success, you’ll gather insights to fine-tune training strategies and contribute to achieving broader company goals. Finally, you will track and report on the effectiveness of the training, monitoring the progress and success of Distributors post-training.
In this role you will:
- Training journey and design: Support the development of training programmes that are tailored to the needs of the Herbalife Distributors at different levels of the marketing plan.
- Distributor knowledge: Supporting Distributors to grow their knowledge of the products, services, Flow and DMOs, promotions, the marketing plan and more.
- Training platform and technology: Supporting internal teams with the platforms to deliver training content, store training materials, track completion and progress.
- Content creation: Supporting key stakeholders, including the content team, to create engaging video, collateral, digital solutions to share with Distributors and employees.
- Market support: Supporting markets within the region to localise training materials or offer advice for training requirements.
- Event support: Working alongside the events, event content teams and Distributors to structure event training to meet the needs of the attendees.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with peers and colleagues in the sales, marketing, events, promotions, content, distributor success and other teams to gather feedback on training content and requirements to achieve key objectives and future briefs.
- Performance: Producing reports to help teams to monitor the progress of Distributors, including completion of training, and performance of Distributors post training.
Our requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a L&D area: e-learning development, coaching, leadership development or related fields.
- Experience facilitating live and virtual training.
- Very good knowledge in Excel and Power BI, basic knowledge of Articulate 360 - strongly desired.
- Experience of a European market within the Health, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition sector.
- Experience of a business operating in multiple markets with nuances around culture, language, etc.
- Experience working with Distributors, Franchisees, Self-employed business owners or direct-selling model (beneficial).
