Manager, DMO and Field Sales - Ukraine
About the role:
DMO (Daily Methods of Operation) Manager is responsible for building strong relationships and maintaining effective communication with Ukrainian Distributors on all levels of Marketing Plan. Using statistical analysis investigate the best DS DMO practices and Business flows in order to recognize sales trends, new business development and sales growth opportunities.
In close cooperation with Ukrainian and Regional teams DMO Manager is to support development, adaptation and presentation to the market of all relevant tools and materials for DS onboarding, education, training, DMO implementation and further sustainable growth.
DMO Manager is to be a multifunctional position combining Business analysis, Sales, MBR Communication, Event and promotions coordination and support, functional cooperation with Leaders and team management.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop Ukrainian DMO team to provide best market analysis and support.
- DMO team scope of work development and supervision.
- Organize effective team work to provide communication support to Ukrainian Leaders and DS at high level Herbalife standards.
- Help to set and monitor weekly plans for the team members.
- Help the team members to improve their skills and business knowledge.
- Monitor staff workload and identify / justify staff needs in order to ensure right resources for business support and development.
- Build strong, positive relationships with the team.
- Provides leadership, motivation and guidance to the team.
- Leads development and identifies learning & development needs for the team.
- Ensures that all administrative activities essential to the running of the departments are adhered to, including but not limited to records of: timekeeping; overtime; attendance; training; disciplinary action etc. by auditing and monitoring of direct report activities
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct reporting of 1 DMO Coordinator responsible for Business development, communication with Leaders, statistics analysis, adaptation and development of tools and materials, support of local events (when applicable).
Our requirements:
- Analysis: Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately and precisely summarize and present key information.
- Communication: Ability to communicate in verbal and written in a clear, concise and courteous manner, internally and externally, at all levels and across diverse cultures and the sharing of knowledge.
- Ability to multi task and maintain high level of organization, must be able to prioritize work, have effective time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and local IS applications.
- Previous experience in a sales-type environment highly desirable.
- 5+ years relevant experience (sales strategy, business development) in a Western company.
- University degree.
- Upper Intermediate/Fluent English, Native Ukrainian, Fluent Russian.
