About the role:

As a Sr. Benefits Analyst at Herbalife, you will oversee the administration of benefits globally, playing a key strategic role in planning and executing strategies that support Herbalife’s Benefits Principles. You will ensure compliance with local laws, streamline administrative processes, and provide innovative solutions to benefit-related issues, enhancing the overall employee experience.

 

In this role you will:

  • Provide technical expertise and proactive guidance to monitor and maintain compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for escalated issues and resolutions.
  • Perform complex data analysis related to benefit usage, cost, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that benefit-related policies are updated as necessary.
  • Liaise with external consultants, such as Mercer, Marsh, Aon, and WTW.
  • Work directly with countries within the Europe and Africa market for benefit renewals and enrollment.
  • Collaborate with Market’s HR Business Partners to support benefit-related issues.
  • Work closely with HR systems to ensure accuracy in reporting output when requested.

The Global Benefits Team comprises 5 Benefit COEs, strategically focused on providing support and protection to ensure employees' comprehensive benefits needs and well-being. The team employs a holistic approach, offering culturally appropriate choices, considering market best practices and legal requirements, for both active employees and retirees.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Professional certifications in HR and Benefits are preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years in benefits management.
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated skills in analyzing problems, identifying alternative solutions, projecting consequences, and recommending the best options.
    • Ability to maintain confidential information with strong ethics and integrity.
    • Knowledge of benefits operations throughout the APAC region.
    • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
    • Proficient in HRIS.
    • Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to business changes.
    • Effective team member with the ability to lead projects.
