THE ROLE:
Individuals in this position serve as a technical/functional domain expert, bringing their experience and expertise to provide leadership, guidance and support for the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role drives continuous improvement of methodologies, tools and processes to ensure consistently high quality and efficient delivery of technology projects and programs.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
- Provide technical and domain expertise on project management and application lifecycle management tools and processes and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on project / program management best practices
- Provide technical implementation, deployment support and system administration support for tools supporting the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate enterprise agile methodology best practices including demos, stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies to ensure alignment and transparency across the teams
- Train and mentor team members on project / program management best practices, tools, processes and business requirements.
- Provide guidance and support on project management and application life cycle management tools and processes
- Deliver reliable solutions on-time, with minimal supervision
- Develop a cooperative environment that fosters knowledge sharing and technical growth
- Oversee and manage the operational processes of the technology Project Management Office.
- Research, propose and lead process improvement initiatives to further operational efficiencies of the PMO

Certificates / Training preferred:
- SAFe Agile/Scrum certification, SAFe RTE

Experience:
- 8+ years experience in project / program management with deep expertise in one area
Education
- Bachelor's in Information Technology or equivalent
