About the role:

As a Field Sales Supervisor, you will partner closely with the Senior Sales Managers to centralize and share key knowledge from the sales teams in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden). Your role involves building strong relationships with leaders and members, maintaining communication channels, and understanding how to drive growth and increase sales in these markets. You will engage through field visits, virtual meetings, and events to support members and promote success.

You will alternate between analyzing metrics, presenting to groups, and discussing individual growth plans. The role may also involve occasional administration for events and promotions. Strong analytical, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to translate detailed metrics into actionable country goals. 

 

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct regular field visits to provide ongoing insights, feedback, and reports to the Country team
  • Communicate frequently with the Member base, focusing on business strategy and planning, including sales and recruitment performance, identifying member training needs, and improving sales and recruiting tools and communication
  • Maintain a deep understanding of distributor practices and foster relationships that enable open and honest communication
  • Analyze metrics and relevant sales and distribution statistics to identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps, ensuring the replication of sustainable and effective models
  • Hold one-on-one or group meetings with members to add value to their businesses, and identify local events or initiatives that align with leadership goals. Evaluate promotional ideas based on member metrics
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of members' daily operations and business practices.
  • Produce the monthly "Movers and Shakers" report to assess market trends and dynamics
  • Lead and collaborate with committees to drive sales initiatives, event content, and implementation strategies
  • Ensure that all field activities and insights are compiled and presented professionally, timely, and effectively, as agreed with the Country Director
  • Represent the company at monthly meetings, HOMs, local trainings, and National, Regional, and International events as required
  • Learn about best practices, challenges, and opportunities within the field to promote and share knowledge in line with the growth agenda.

Our requirements:

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
  • Ability to converse with and present to all levels of senior management and distributors, with proven experience in building rapport and long-term relationships to achieve common goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Results-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting established goals
  • Highly focused on distributor/customer needs with proven experience in this area
  • Self-starter with a motivated, organized, flexible, and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work on weekends if required.
