About the role

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to fulfill a critical and highly visible role in company’s new Treasury Center in Luxembourg whose main activities are: Global cash management, Forecasting, Regional Bank relationship, Risk management and other administration tasks.

The analyst will be part of a small Treasury team in Luxembourg and reporting directly to Sr. Treasury manager. The position will also back up and support other Treasury positions as needed.

 

In this role, the analyst  will co own or be mainly responsible for:  

  • Monitor and manage global cash position to ensure daily requirements are met.
  • Prepare short/mid/long term cash forecasts and analyze variance.
  • Working with accounting team to ensure daily transactions are recorded in timely manner.
  • Prepare treasury payments and follow up related inquiries.
  • Support banking systems and security. 
  • Manage monthly global intercompany netting cycles and settlements.
  • Maintain global intercompany loans. 
  • Back office trades confirmation and reporting.
  • Work with global finance and legal team to update bank signatories.
  • Maintain applicable treasury records and data for annual FBAR filings. 
  • Active participation in treasury projects and prepare ad hoc reports from time to time.
  • Liaise with other departments for process improvement.

Our requirements:

  • Previous experience working in Finance or Accounting, preferably Treasury-Nice to have but not must
  • Some knowledge of the following systems: Kyriba (or similar), Bloomberg, Oracle (or similar)
  • BA/BS degree in a finance discipline
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office package.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English (Corporate language), other languages is advantage.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience working in multinational company and group level is advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
