POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
- Supervisor Events position to cater to national and regional events with operational and execution support.
- The individual will assist in a variety of event roles, which involves co-ordination and collaboration with the Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS) team prior to and after the event for event production and operations.
- The position will support with tasks including (but not limited to) event set-up, logistics, on- and off-ground operations & production support for all events.
- Exposure to ATL & BTL activities to support various lean-format events and activations for Herbalife customers and distributors to ensure required experience and capabilities are met.
- High requirement to adhere and deliver as per timelines and track all operational data to build event report for pre-event planning and post event closures.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- To coordinate, supervise vendor execution as part of the Herbalife Corporate Events Team
- To schedule meetings and compile event related service requests from vendors and internal lateral teams.
- To coordinate with vendors and external agencies for all event operational requirements
- To oversee event setup and coordination with necessary stakeholders including and not limited to production, infrastructure, security and other operations.
- To ensure required event material movement related to operations are co-ordinated with respective teams involved - internal and external.
- Candidate must be willing to travel frequently, work late hours to support event setup, support site visits, support inter department as required with various projects including vacations and other programs.
- Have exposure and be updated with latest event technology that can be implemented from time to time
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exposure working on both Microsoft and event related formats to understand design layouts, calculations of measurements and commercials.
- Experience building element requirements for production and operational requirement for the event. Format usually managed via Microsoft spreadsheet.
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint to prepare venue report, event report etc.,
- 5+ years Event operations and execution experience
- Knowledge on event production requirements and managing setup.
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to ensure completion of work on-ground.
- Should have hands-on experience in managing and delivering large and small events. In-depth knowledge of event production requirements is mandatory.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in similar operational and tech management services from an event agency preferred.
