Qualifications
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Basic PC skills – inventory queries and data entry
Flexible and co-operative (Work outside normal hours).
Very good inter-personnel skills to inter-face with Distributor Walk-Ins.
Ability to work under pressure and with changing priorities
Dexterous and with ability to work quickly and accurately
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Pick/Pack of Distributor orders quickly and accurately. Must be able to read well to pick and pack our order. Accurate 2D barcode scanning for the requested SKUs.
Assembly of kits to support Distributor orders quickly and accurately.
Maintenance of a safe and tidy working environment/. General housekeeping of the warehouse
Assembly of shipments onto pallets to optimize space and minimize costs.
Fill the flow rack / pick location when required to avoid disruptions during busy periods.
Loading/off loading of trucks
Assistance to warehouse Supervisor in daily tasks as required e.g tax office issues administration work
Respect FEFO rule for replenishment and pick & pack
Issuance of delivery notes (voucher) for orders in timely manner and correct
