About the role:
As an HR Support Assistant based in our Uxbridge HQ, you will play a key role in supporting the Europe and Africa HRBP team. This team oversees HR activities across 40 diverse markets, each with unique languages, legal frameworks, and socio-economic conditions, serving around 1,200 employees in total.
Your mission will be to enable the HRBP team to foster strong relationships with the business by providing timely, accurate support and information. You will also help identify opportunities for improvement, promote a data-driven approach, and explore ways to leverage AI tools to enhance HR processes.
In this role, you will:
- Support the Europe and Africa HR Business Partner team with administrative tasks including but not limited to arranging meetings, collating information, tracking project progress, action, issue and risk log management.
- Collate monthly briefing packs for HRBPs to communicate with clients.
- Support HRBPs with straightforward employee relations matters.
- Support HRBPs in cyclical/Business As Usual activity, e.g. performance management process, onboarding, recruitment.
- Provide insight from HRMI to allow HRBPs to be more effective.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Inclusion, belonging, engagement and wellbeing activities.
- Research into best practice internally and externally.
- Liaise with other departments, countries and assistants as necessary.
- Manage the MS Teams channel and information repositories.
Our Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external counterparts with sensitivity to cultural diversity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to details.
- Self-disciplined and able to work in autonomy on assigned project.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent understanding of MS applications (AI and RPA skills would be beneficial).
