About the role:
As an Assistant - Sales, Marketing & Administration you will provides broad based administrative support duties to Operation and Sales & Marketing departments. Duties will include supporting company’s events and sales communications to Members, handle virtual events, translations, filing, purchasing of consumable, handling general facilities and maintenance enquiry’s.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Organize & implement virtual events for sales & marketing purposes
  • Support organizing of company’s events, corporate meetings, dinners. Attending corporate & member’s events
  • Support with budget track for all the corporate virtual events according to the company’s procedures. (Including Post events analysis)
  • Collaborate with other Teams in the implementation of sales events and promotional activities during sponsored Sports Events
  • Perform Administrative duties within sales & marketing department
  • Translate of Marketing & Sales Materials and corporate documents
  • Participate in events (approximately 6 per year)

Our Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in event planning support and/or sales field experience
  • 0-3 years administrative experience
  • Excellent PC skills in Microsoft Office applications (word processing, Excel, reports, graphics, PowerPoint, Access )
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, analytical thinking
  • Able to set own priorities and take initiatives Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a “can do” approach to tasks
  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Ability to interact at all levels with sensitivity to cultural differences
  • Able to work as part of a team, but also independently
  • Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
  • Customer service orientated
