Coordinator, Laboratory & Stability QC- India

The role:

Herbalife International seeks candidates to lead laboratory quality control in Bengaluru.

Key role in compliance function, managing sample activities via LIMS, collaborating with internal partners and outside labs for testing outsourcing and CoA issuance.

Lead LIMS module implementation, ensure seamless integration, manage stability program, and train India Quality.

Coordinate lab activities, procure materials, services, facilities, and submit inventory reports.

How you would contribute:

• Coordinate sample management with all collaborators and issuance of CoAs
• Assist in Quality Management System Handling, focusing on ISO 17025 and NABL accreditation, including statistical analysis of data
• Manage sample activities through LIMS
• Coordinate Stability Studies Management, including protocol review, sample staging, and trend analysis
• Implement and manage the stability program through LIMS
• Balance multiple quality compliance projects with precision
• Coordinate lab administrative activities to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient laboratory environment
• Manage routine lab quotes and invoices, along with PR/PO issuance
• Perform additional duties as assigned
