About the role:

In this role, you will process sales orders, verify invoices and receipts, and maintain daily cash reports while ensuring accurate record-keeping. You will manage the Member database, assist with online Member services, and handle various forms, including license transfers and name changes. Collaboration with different departments will be key to ensuring smooth operations, while you will also provide support for company events.

You will deliver outstanding support to Members and the team, creating positive experiences and building strong relationships. Your expertise in customer care, excellent communication, and organizational skills will help you thrive in a dynamic, international environment. With flexibility for occasional travel and remote work, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing and contributing to a motivated team.

Our Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or order processing.
• Proficiency in Romanian (spoken and written).
• Russian nice to have.
• English minimum B1.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel and support corporate events as needed.
• High attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
