How you would contribute:

  • Purchase Requisition (PR) Creation & Management:
    1. Ensure timely creation, submission, and tracking of PRs.
    2. Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for approvals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    1. Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data for decision-making.
    2. Generate reports and dashboards to support sales operations.
  • Query Handling: (Through Internal application )
    1. Address and resolve queries from sales associates regarding processes, data, and administration.
  • DMO - Daily Method of Operations (DMO) Activities:
    1. Manage and oversee DMO activities for Distributors / Associates, including daily tracking, coordination, and support for their operations.
    2. Ensure Distributors / Associates are equipped with the tools, resources, and training necessary to perform efficiently.
    3. Streamline and manage registrations, operations, and training systems to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordination with ISG Members for Marketing Fund Utilization Approval Process:
    1. Manage the end-to-end approval process for marketing fund utilization requests.
    2. Coordinate with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Finance teams to ensure proper budget allocation and fund disbursement.
    3. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial guidelines while processing approvals.
    4. Maintain accurate documentation and provide reports on fund utilization status and expenditures.
  • General Administrative Tasks:
    1. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales administration.
    2. Support process improvements, Query Handling from different Departments, Support to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills and background required to be successful:

Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of DMO processes, especially for Distributors/Associates.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Distributors/Associates and resolve inquiries.
  • Proficiency in managing technical systems and troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Experience in event coordination, DMO activities, and applying marketing funds effectively.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and public relations management is a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven experience of 6+ years, with exposure in sales administration, coordination, or a related role.

Education:

  • Graduation or above.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using CRM or operational management tools.
  • Certification in Sales Operations or Business Process Management is a plus.
