Junior Marketing & Communication Coordinator (Fixed term contract)

About the Role
As a Junior Marketing & Communication Coordinator, you will support our distributor network and marketing initiatives in Belgium. This entry-level role focuses on assisting with communication strategies, marketing campaigns, and distributor engagement. You will contribute to the growth of the organization by ensuring clear, effective communication with distributors and supporting the implementation of marketing plans that align with the company’s goals.
In this Role, You Will:
- Manage distributor communication, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns and projects.
- Coordinate digital and print marketing materials with vendors and internal teams.
- Support sponsorship and event logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage social media content, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Help distributors improve their Daily Methods of Operation (DMOs) through communication and marketing support.
- Provide logistical support during events.
- Gather insights from distributors to enhance future campaigns.
- Assist in developing templates, presentations, and reports.
Our Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of French and English (min. B2 level).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms.
- Highly organized, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, teachable, and collaborative mindset.
- Experience in event coordination or marketing (internships or entry-level roles preferred).
- Ability to represent the brand professionally and engage effectively with stakeholders.
