About the role:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing team. In this temporary role (up to 12 months), you will play a vital part in executing marketing initiatives, supporting product launches, managing local website content, and enhancing our digital presence—all while working in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

In this role you will:
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities including product launches, literature creation and updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage Herbalife Turkey’s social media presence in line with corporate brand and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to ensure accurate and engaging brand representation.
- Update and maintain the local website, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and aligned with global standards.
- Support the preparation and execution of product launch materials, including presentations, announcements, and promotional events.
- Assist in PR activities and ensure press releases reflect Herbalife’s global image and values.
- Translate marketing materials from English to Turkish (and vice versa) including documents, presentations, and training content.
- Manage marketing budget reporting and collaborate with vendors for project execution.
- Support local Casa Herbalife Foundation activities and corporate events as needed.
Our Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role.
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in Turkish and English (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with digital platforms and social media management.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and collaborative approach—someone who can work independently and as part of a team.
