About the role:
As a Supervisor, Quality Operations – EMEA you’ll be responsible to supervise the Quality Operations team in their day-to-day tasks to ensure that all Herbalife products meet the quality standards as well as regulatory requirements.
The role is positioned in Herbalife EMEA Distribution Centre in Venray, The Netherlands.
In this role you will:
- Supervise the Quality Operations team in an enthusiastic way, empowering the team members to ensure that all aspects of the requirements are met.
- Ensure alignment of processes related to inspection and release of products, local rework, management of non-conformities and management of product issues.
- Organize and optimize Quality Operations processes and standards with an emphasis on reliability and efficacy. Thrive to continuously improve Quality Operations processes.
- Maintain an accurate and efficient set of guidelines, procedures and work instructions.
- Communicate, cooperate and interact with stakeholders in the Venray distribution center as well as other stakeholders within the Herbalife organization and external partners.
- Conduct audits at warehouses and nutrition centers.
- Ensure contingency by structuring activities and responsibilities such that continuation of Quality Operations processes is guaranteed.
- Intensify and improve the quality and efficacy of interdepartmental alignment, cooperation and communication.
Our requirements:
- Preferably BS in Food Sciences, Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Broad experience in quality standards for food and dietary supplements.
- Accurate knowledge of EU food regulations.
- Minimal 3 years’ experience in supervising a team.
- Proactive attitude and effective communicative skills.
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and in writing).
- Focus on process optimization and efficacy.
