About the role:

As a Junior Analyst Record to Report, you will work both independently and as part of the RTR team supporting selected EMEA countries, under the guidance of more senior colleagues. This position plays an important role in the daily operations of the EMEA Accounting and Controlling Centre of Excellence. You will help ensure that financial records and reporting for the region are accurate, delivered on time, and compliant with relevant accounting standards, internal policies, and procedures.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in maintaining the books for assigned Herbalife entities

  • Prepare and post journal vouchers

  • Ensure proper cost allocation

  • Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations

  • Support US GAAP and statutory adjustment processes

  • Monitor and analyze actual vs. forecast variances across departments

  • Conduct regular variance analyses

  • Collaborate with other Finance teams and the Finance Retained Organization

  • Assist in preparing documents and reports for statutory and internal audits

  • Support with ad hoc tasks and requests from the Supervisor

Our requirements:

  • Higher education in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience in Finance or Accounting within an international or shared services environment will be an asset, but it’s not essential.
  • Good general knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle is a plus.
  • Strong motivation to learn and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment and cooperate with different teams and stakeholders.
