About the Role

As Coordinator, Field & Distributor Success - Belgium, you will play a key role in supporting the French-speaking part of the Belgian market. You will work closely with our Sales Manager and be responsible for a wide range of activities – from event planning and project coordination to field visits and communication with our distributor network.
This role combines elements of sales, communication, and project management, with a strong focus on supporting distributors and driving engagement through strategic initiatives and promotional activities.


In this Role, You Will:

  • Act as the main communication link between Herbalife and our French-speaking distributors in Belgium, promoting events and initiatives.
  • Ensure field presence by visiting distributors, supporting key projects, conducting one-on-one meetings, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Support the planning and execution of local events, coordinate with guest speakers, monitor delivery timelines, and align agendas with national strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance data and trends, prepare reports, and share insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take over back-office responsibilities to support the Sales Supervisor.
  • Support national and international events, helping with logistics and serving as an on-site contact for distributors.


Our Requirements:

  • Native-level French speaker with fluent level of Dutch and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in sales, communication, event coordination, or a related field; ideally with experience in distributor- or customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe tools, and basic data analysis (reporting, KPIs, performance metrics).
  • Strong sense of ownership, ability to prioritize and work autonomously on projects.
  • Flexible to occasionally travel within Belgium for events and field visits.
  • Educational background in business, communication, or related fields.
