POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT
This position is having the primary purpose of expertise in Full Stack design and development, focusing on React UI and Service tier with Java based frameworks.
A full stack developer is responsible for the technical implementation of projects. They work on both the front-end and back-end of a product. Their responsibilities include:
- Planning, designing, developing, testing, and implementing web and desktop-based solutions
- Defining system uses and user stories
- Creating user interface designs
- Coding complex features
- Coordinating with IT systems
- Analyzing new requirements
- Developing and deploying code
- Database migrations
- Assessing the current platform architecture and recommending necessary changes
- Adopting the ideal tech stack to maximize efficiency
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
This position will be directly reporting into Manager II, Application Management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science/Information Technology or Equivalent.
Skills:
- 6-8 years experience in Java frameworks like SpringBoot, Quarkus
- 2-3 years experience building applications in microservices architecture
- 2-3 years experience in React UI front end
- Good Communication Skills both written and verbal
