About the role
As a Trainee in Procure to Pay team in Finance, you will play an integral role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of requests submitted to Vendor Master Data team. You will assist in vendor creation and maintenance and financial set ups in Oracle. Your responsibilities will also include preparing reports and maintaining MySupport requests. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the vendor master data and procure to pay processes and contribute to achieving the business goals of timely and accurate transactions.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure the timely and accurate creation and maintenance of vendors in Oracle and Procurement Cloud.
• Support the Master Data team in day-to-day activities.
• Resolve queries related to vendor management
• Participate in calls and meetings related to master data process
• Take on ad hoc tasks and activities assigned by the Vendor Master Data and Transactional Sourcing Manager or Coordinator.

Our requirements:

• Final-years student.
• Good command of English, at least B1/B2 level.
• Intermediate-level experience with Excel.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and independence.
• Relevant working experience in finance is a plus.
• Availability – minimum part-time (at least 30 hours/week).
