We are currently looking for an HR Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Kraków. In this role, you will support the Senior HR Services Manager and HR colleagues across Europe and Africa, delivering best-in-class service to employees, managers, and internal HR teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to grow their HR career in a global, fast-paced environment.

You will serve as the first point of contact for potential, current, and former employees, assisting them with a wide range of HR processes such as Onboarding & Offboarding, Benefits Administration, Learning & Development, Rewards, Personnel Records, Data Management, and Reporting.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide support across various employee lifecycle processes.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employment contracts, amendments, and other formal paperwork.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interact with all levels within the organization, including local HR teams, managers, and employees across the EMEA region.
  • Support payroll-related activities by ensuring timely and accurate data submission to external providers and verifying data accuracy.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards, support ad hoc analytics, and contribute to digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
  • Take part in ongoing transition and transformation projects, including process documentation and knowledge transfer.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • University degree or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Payroll within a Shared Services environment.
  • Experience with transformation projects is highly valued.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices and systems, and familiarity with ticketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English; any additional European language is a plus.
