About the role:
As an Assistant, Sales Support & Operations for Greece and Cyprus, you will play a key role in supporting local sales operations and promotion strategies. You will work closely with distributors, vendors, and internal teams to drive sales activities, support forecasting and analysis, and contribute to member engagement initiatives. Your efforts will directly impact the sales growth and relationship building within these markets.
In this role, you will:
- Support local promotions and sales calendar implementation across Greece, Cyprus, and Lebanon.
- Assist with sales forecasting, post-analysis, and generate actionable insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and vendors.
- Manage member communications, reporting, and related administrative tasks.
- Support event planning, budgeting, and member service activities.
- Maintain databases to track member metrics and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across the region.
- Interact with all levels within the Greek entity, EMEA Sales Strategy, vendors, and distributors across Greece, Cyprus, and Lebanon.
- Propose improvements to sales processes and resolve issues proactively.
Our requirements:
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field; sales or marketing certification is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to present data graphically.
- Experience with Canvas is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) essential.
