Specialist, Distributor Sales & Support

About the Role
Herbalife is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Specialist, Distributor Sales & Support to join our team. This role is field-based and offers a unique opportunity to work closely with independent Distributors, providing both strategic and day-to-day support to drive business growth. You will help implement global initiatives locally, support events and promotions, and act as a key partner & support to our Distributors across the region.
This is a hybrid role with combination of external in-person & virtual engagements as well as remote work. Travel within the coastal regions is required. A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
In This Role, You Will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Distributor leaders to understand their business needs and support their growth.
- Act as the first point of contact for company initiatives related queries from the Distributors in your region.
- Plan and conduct regular visits to Nutrition Clubs, training events, Herbalife Opportunity Meetings (HOMs), and Distributor offices.
- Support the rollout of new products, promotions, and qualifications by working closely with Distributors and sharing best practices.
- Analyze sales and recruitment data (e.g., volume points, growth metrics) to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Member Services, and Sales to ensure Distributor success.
- Assist with training sessions, events, and the implementation of effective daily business methods support tools for distributors.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to improve local strategies.
Our Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, sales support, or key account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with Distributors of varied ages and backgrounds.
- Strong experience in building customer relationships
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage a flexible schedule.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Higher education in business management, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be open to regular regional travel.
