Designer, Content – E&A

About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Designer to join our dynamic in-house creative team. In this role, you’ll help bring our brand to life across global campaigns, product launches, digital channels, and internal communications. From concept to delivery, you’ll be involved in crafting visually compelling and brand-aligned assets that support our marketing and business goals.
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Marketing, Product, Events and Content to deliver design solutions that engage audiences, strengthen our visual identity and bring impact to everything we do.
In this role you will:
- Develop and evolve creative assets for global campaigns, product launches, events, and digital channels.
- Create a wide range of materials including brochures, social media content, presentations, POS, email and web assets.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all outputs.
- Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring high quality, accuracy and compliance.
- Support with editing product imagery and creating visual storytelling content, such as infographics.
- Collaborate across teams and manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (in-house or agency).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); basic After Effects skills are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of layout, typography, colour theory and brand consistency.
- Experience preparing artwork for both print and digital use.
- Familiarity with HTML/email layout principles.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and file management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive mindset.
- (Nice to have) Photography or video editing experience.
