About the role:
As a Senior Payroll Analyst for the EMEA region, you will be responsible for managing and validating payroll processes across multiple countries, with particular emphasis on Polish payroll. You will work closely with internal teams and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations. This position also involves contributing to continuous process improvements, supporting implementation projects, and acting as a subject matter expert in payroll operations.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process for assigned EMEA countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Validate payroll outputs and ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll reports for internal stakeholders and audit purposes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee payroll queries via our support platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve complex payroll issues.
  • Support system configurations, integrations, and process enhancements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to established payroll procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory changes within the region and implement required updates.
  • Participate in implementation and configuration projects as a Payroll SME.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Our requirements:

  • Proven experience in Polish payroll processing – this is a must.
  • 2–4 years of experience in multi-country payroll, preferably within EMEA.
  • Experience with payroll systems (preferably ADP Celergo, Oracle, Kronos).
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong MS Excel and database skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax filings, general ledger, and HR/payroll system integrations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Finance, or related field.
