Sales Communications & Events Coordinator- Turkey
Regularly prepare and translate flyers to promote special qualifications and local/regional training events, ensuring all information is professional and accurate. All translated materials must be proofread before distribution.
Support corporate training events by managing approval of budgets, event communication, third-party agreements, purchasing event items (registration packs, flyers, etc.), collecting speaker details, arranging hotels and flights, and preparing travel forms.
Translate training materials presented by corporate speakers, prepare post-event flyers and recognition certificates, and summarize attendance and revenue figures.
Support communication channels targeting Distributors (Exact Target email, SMS, video libraries, photo galleries), ensuring timely, clear communication by coordinating and translating flyers in collaboration with other departments.
Assist in monthly recognition activities by identifying and celebrating top-performing Distributors and newly qualified TAB Team Members through certificates, congratulatory phone calls, and internal news updates, ensuring accuracy and clear presentation.
Assist with promotions by coordinating logistics, supporting purchases, working with promotional partners, and conducting pre- and post-promotion data analysis.
Organize conference calls and Sales & Promotions team meetings, including preparing schedules, managing participant lists, and taking meeting minutes.
After major events, collect and translate Distributor testimonials using provided templates, and occasionally translate other marketing materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations and training manuals).
Support administrative tasks related to events, promotions, and departmental projects.
Provide occasional support to Distributors and teams during major international events.
May be assigned to lead or coordinate business development projects, working with senior management and Distributor leaders to plan and implement project steps.
Previous experience in customer care, marketing, or event coordination (1–3 years).
Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish and English (C1 level).
Communicative, energetic, and enthusiastic, with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and focusing on key priorities.
Strong customer service orientation.
Solid administrative and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel within Turkey and internationally; flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
