About the role:
As the Sr Analyst, Regional Accounting – EMEA & India, you will play a key role in the EMEA & India Controllership team, reporting directly to the Regional Controllership Senior Manager. You will be instrumental in driving timely and accurate financial reporting for the region, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and internal company policies. You will also support regional reporting, intercompany accounting, and the month-end close process, while taking ownership of selected projects and tasks.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure all US/EMEA India/Corporate reporting deadlines are met.
  • Monitor and review monthly Trial Balance submissions and financial reports from EMEA & India entities.
  • Review Intercompany reports in OneStream and investigate variances.
  • Prepare and manage intercompany accounts, including Kyriba netting and outgoing wires.
  • Review and support the automated Transfer Profit elimination schedule.
  • Post journals for US intercompany entities.
  • Review monthly Financial Statement commentary.
  • Follow up with local finance teams on outstanding queries and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely completion of all Balance Sheet reconciliations.
  • Respond promptly to corporate and local information requests.
  • Take ownership of designated tasks and projects, as assigned by the Supervisor or Senior Manager.

Our Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting (General Ledger), preferably in a multinational company.
  • Higher education in economics, finance, or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Proven experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and consolidation systems (preferably OneStream).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with management and finance colleagues at all levels.
