About the role:
As a Junior Representative Distributor Relations, you’ll be there to make sure our Members (Distributors) have a great experience every time they get in touch with us. Your job will be all about helping them out – whether they visit us in person, call in, or we reach out to them. You’ll answer questions, share useful info, and give friendly support to help them succeed. You’ll also play a part in promoting different company activities and Sales & Marketing initiatives. Most importantly, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Members, making sure they feel listened to and leave every interaction with a positive experience.
 

In this role, you will:

  • Make sure Members and Customers get great service in every interaction, no matter the channel.

  • Reply to questions quickly and clearly, following our service standards.

  • Share guidance and useful tips that help our Members grow their business.

  • Work closely with other teams and be a supportive team player.

  • Join Member meetings, sales events, and sometimes visit Members in the field.

  • Help out with different projects when needed, for example by testing new tools, giving feedback, or supporting with training and rollouts.

  • Self-motivated and well-organised, with a proactive approach to getting things done.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Great interpersonal skills – you enjoy connecting with others.

  • Confident command of English (spoken and written).

  • Comfortable using everyday PC tools and systems.

  • Able to work independently, while also being a great team player.
