About the role:

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Sr Specialist, Design, Digital & Content, UK, IE & IC to join our in-house Marketing team supporting the UK, Ireland and Iceland markets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing visually engaging content across live events and digital platforms, including video production, motion graphics, infographics, and platform content management.

You’ll play a key role in enhancing the Herbalife brand across both virtual and in-person events, social media, digital platforms, while ensuring a consistent, first-class Member and Consumer experience. You’ll also support digital innovation, continuously improving content creation and broadcast capabilities.

In this role you will:

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager on developing content strategies that support business goals and clearly reflect the company’s objectives.
• Create and edit engaging video content for live events, recognition and social media campaigns.
• Develop motion graphics, overlays and branding for both physical and virtual events.
• Edit and upload recorded training sessions to Herbalife platforms.
• Design event materials such as PowerPoint presentations, registration packs and branded visuals.
• Manage virtual event production using OBS (or alternative similar programmes), ensuring smooth video/sound delivery and scene transitions.
• Support with digital platform content updates, including product uploads and content maintenance.
• Ensure consistency and compliance with Herbalife brand guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Be responsible for local delivery of regional Europe & Africa projects where required, working effectively with regional counterparts and functions to deliver to specification and deadline.
• Lead on third parties meeting, setting expectations and negotiating terms to ensure design and digital content meets company standards, budget and goals.
• Continuously seek digital trends and apply new tools and formats to elevate our creative output.
• Travel to events (up to 6–8 per year, including weekends) to support onsite delivery and content management.

Our requirements:

• Ideally 3 years of experience in digital content creation, video production or similar.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, OBS.
• Strong creative skills and portfolio demonstrating multimedia content creation.
• Experience supporting event production, both in planning and on-site delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for events.
