About the Role
As Lead, Field Sales – Ghana, you will be the primary point of contact between Herbalife and our independent Distributors in the field. This customer-facing role is focused on building strong, trust-based relationships with Distributor leadership, supporting their growth journey, and driving engagement through proven business-building methods.
You will play a strategic role in identifying opportunities within distributor journeys, recommending best practices, and implementing initiatives that foster sustainable sales growth. This role requires a high level of field presence, with approximately 70–80% of your time spent engaging directly with Distributors across the region.
In this role, you will
- Act as front-line support to Members, engaging with leaders at all levels to foster growth and promote Herbalife’s mission.
- Maintain structured communication plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to understand Member trends, identify new opportunities, and provide tailored support.
- Organize and participate in training seminars, Herbalife Opportunity Meetings, and other local and national events.
- Utilize Bizworks and other analytical tools to generate insights and guide Members in optimizing their business performance.
- Promote new product launches, explain event qualifications, and share successful working methods from other regions.
- Visit Fitclubs, Nutrition Clubs, Weight Loss Challenges, and other Member-led initiatives to support and enhance their daily methods of operation.
Our Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Field Sales, Key Account Management, or Sales & Marketing (FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and BI tools; able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Mature, composed, and customer-service oriented, with a deep appreciation for relationship-building and Distributor success.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel and occasional weekend or evening event participation.
- Experience in nutrition or wellness is a plus, but not required.
- Driving license is mandatory.
