About the role:
We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Employee Technology Experience Technician III to join our IT team in Uxbridge. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day operational support and manage install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests across our office environment.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and reliable employee technology experience — from troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and supporting events and providing hands-on technical assistance. Your work will help ensure that our employees across the business have access to the tools and systems they need to perform at their best.
In this role you will:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues in the office and at local events
- Manage installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of IT hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, documenting solutions and processes.
- Deliver technology support during company meetings and live events.
- Create and maintain work instructions and service documentation as part of corrective actions.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Develop and implement workaround procedures when standard processes fail.
- Support end users and service technicians, offering clear communication and expert guidance.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain compliance with company standards, security guidelines, and SLAs.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in desktop or end-user IT support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Windows 10\11 and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with desktops, laptops, MacBooks, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
- Experience with Active Directory, Intune, ITIL Service Management, and ticketing systems.
- Experience with Polycom conferencing equipment.
- Ability to lift and move hardware as needed.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent (preferred).
