Supervisor - Refunds & Repurchase and After Sales with Ukrainian

About the role:
As a Refunds & Repurchase and After Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising the daily transactional and administrative operations of Refunds & Repurchase and After Sales, providing leadership, operational expertise, and motivation across the team.
In this role you will:
- Build and manage business relationships with other department heads to ensure smooth handoffs and end-to-end process our refund request is working efficiently,
- Work closely with the Contact Center, Adverse Events, and Quality Assurance team to provide high-quality after sales customer service,
- Assist Global partners with any support, questions, and training of the Member Operations policies and processes,
- Create a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change within the organization, adapt to the ever-changing business, and stay focused on the Customer Experience,
- Monitor metrics/KPIs driven collaborating with the fulfillment of the Service Partnership Agreements pursuing the cost per transaction reduction using continuous improvement, automation and global standardization of the end-to-end processes,
- Implement a teamwork model based on operational efficiency, scalability, quality, control, risk reduction and continuous improvement of processes,
- Lead the hiring and decision-making process by conducting interviews of potential new staff members,
- Make sure all team members are crossed trained to be able to support on-file processing for all EMEA countries,
- Being accountable for strategies focused on the enhancement of the GBS organization’s capacity through technology and innovation,
- Taking care of activities supporting efficiency and effectiveness - proactive coaching, education in the field of awareness and development,
- Ensures that all R&R and After Sales transactions are balanced between compliance with Herbalife policies and guidelines.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or in progress - Finance Background preferred.
- Working experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with Refunds & Repurchases and After Sales processes – as a big asset.
- Ability to work within standard corporate systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent command of Ukrainian language.
- Ability to motivate, coach, counsel, and guide the team.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately and precisely summarize and present key information.
