The role:
The Assistant Manager of CSR at Herbalife will aid the Corporate Responsibility team by helping with CSR initiatives. This role involves motivating employees to participate in strategic focus areas.
How you would contribute:
- Source CSR Proposals
- Research credible implementation agencies/NGOs
- Conduct due diligence on the NGOs
- Source proposals from these agencies and ensure proposals align with CSR regulations and company policies
- Implement Approved Proposals
- Detail an MoU or equivalent experience with the NGO
- Acquire sign-off for the MoU
- Coordinate disbursement of the approved amount
- Acquire post-disbursement documents/receipts
- Track various CSR projects and proposals
- Provide inputs for quarterly Board CSR Committee presentation
- Contribute to annual report disclosures on CSR
- Stay informed about regulatory changes or developments
- Coordinate volunteer opportunities

Supervisory responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager for CSR will lead all aspects of the company's CSR activities, collaborating closely with the CSR team to meet all requirements, handle projects, involve collaborators, ensure adherence, coordinate finances, offer strategic input, and keep updated on regulatory updates. This guarantees that the company's CSR projects are effective, balanced, and in line with corporate and social objectives.
