This role leads end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy, partnering with leadership to drive hiring across levels while enhancing employer branding and candidate experience. It leverages data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and supports strategic workforce planning through strong stakeholder engagement.
Roles & Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
- Design and implement recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures to attract and onboard top talent.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, assessments, interviewing, and closing candidates across entry-level to executive roles.
- Partner with CXO, leadership and HRBPs to ensure hiring strategies align with business priorities.
- Deliver an exceptional Hiring Manager & Candidate experience and drive continuous improvement in the hiring process.
Employer Branding & Communication
- Plan and execute innovative employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Manage internal and external communication campaigns across social, digital, and print media.
- Organize recruiting events and campaigns to drive candidate engagement.
- Leverage employee advocacy to increase employer brand visibility on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
- Track, analyze, and report on branding campaign effectiveness (ROI, visibility, and applicant conversion).
Data-Driven Insights
- Utilize HRIS, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools to monitor hiring metrics and pipeline efficiency.
- Evaluate recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate conversion, and diversity ratios.
- Recommend process enhancements based on analytics and market intelligence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition across FMCG and/or IT sectors.
- Proven track record of creating and executing sourcing strategies across multiple functions and levels.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment marketing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt quickly to change.
