Position summary statement:
This position will serve as an Analyst and will be responsible for extracting, analyzing and interpreting data and developing strategies for Quality, Technical Services and Operations team, developing reports and dashboards to translate data analysis to business insights; this is to enable management to take action on findings and recommendations and Regularly report on benchmarks and scorecards for sharing with all parties to monitor performance.
Detailed responsibilities/duties:
- Generate reports and manage information stored from Quality systems and ERP/PLM systems to statistically analyze, interpret data and investigate causes for solutions.
- Establish data accuracy rules, troubleshoot integrity issues, and assist with data preparation for analysis.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Examine trending data for process optimization projects; monitor prevalent issues and implement solutions to resolve their root causes.
- Strengthen problem-solving skills by performing root cause analysis and devising solutions.
- Apply various analytical tools (e.g. DMAIC, return on investment, FMEA, Gap Analysis) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to improve the quality management processes, systems, and standards.
- Discover ways to improve processes and/or save costs.
- Gather data from all applicable sources on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis (or as needed) to produce quality control metrics; ensure report accuracy and quality.
- Work together with business and technology teams to develop data & analytics solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, techniques, and tools in analytics and AI.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex data.

- Distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions using quantitative methodologies.
- Demonstrates competence in working with various systems (e.g. ERP/PLM, LIMS, QMS experience is advantageous).
- Familiarity with data preparation techniques, including data cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to analyze datasets.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication capabilities for engaging effectively with business partners.

Experience:
- 3 to 5+ years industry-related experience in BI application building reports dashboards and supporting users.
- Analyst experience in application to pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or food environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Technology or equivalent experience
