About the role:
As a Senior Coordinator, Marketing & Communications for Greece and Cyprus, you will contribute to the profitable growth of the Herbalife business through the effective implementation of both corporate and local marketing activities.
This role involves active participation in the creation, coordination, and execution of marketing strategies to support long-term market growth. Key areas of focus include Sponsorships, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Awareness, and Product Marketing.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and implement the annual Marketing Plan in coordination with department head and external agencies
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
- Collaborate with agencies on media, PR, and sponsorship activities
- Prepare post-event reports with recommendations for future improvements
- Propose new marketing and PR initiatives aligned with strategy
- Manage content updates for the website and social media in collaboration with the digital agency
- Assist in organizing and attending PR and sponsored events
- Support product launches and updates, working closely with regulatory teams
- Keep marketing materials up to date and monitor stock levels
- Provide market insights and product information to the Sales & Marketing team
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams, distributors, and agencies
- Promote a positive, collaborative working environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the marketing field and Experience in digital marketing
- Proven background in product launches and event coordination
- PR management experience. Sports marketing experience will be considered an asset
- University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level) and Fluent Greek
- Expert user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset and accountability
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer and distributor focus
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Adaptability and flexibility, including occasional travel
- Understanding of the local market and distributor needs
- Interest in a healthy lifestyle.
