About the role:
The position holder will be responsible for supporting the Sales department on the adaptation and implementation of sales strategy in the market to ensure that the company is in tune with Distributor needs when growing the business, with a focus on promotions and communication.

You will play an active role in ensuring communication channels with Distributors are always accurate and effective, promoting the implementation of new business tools, and acting as a key contact for Distributors. The role focuses on making sure Distributor needs and requests are adequately listened to and followed up.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Understand and explain business trends and Distributor performance to provide insights as requested
  • Support the monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators, top Distributor business flows, and performance to identify Rising Stars and best practices
  • Suggest, plan and execute Distributor communication strategy for promotions, events, and key business messages across all channels
  • Analyze communication tools, timings, and content to improve effectiveness
  • Understand and explain new product, promotion, and event launch qualifications
  • Attend and support corporate and Distributor events as required
  • Assist across other activities as required by the business
  • Identify Distributor needs and collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to fulfil them (e.g. materials, tools, support)
  • Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to Herbalife policies, rules, and regulations
  • Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

Our requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in roles such as Sales Coordination, Marketing, or Customer Engagement
  • Experience in planning, coordinating and executing projects, trainings, or large-scale meetings
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing logistics and budgets
  • Exposure to KPI tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in direct selling, FMCG, retail, or customer-centric environments is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Fluent Spanish and advanced English
