About the role:
As a Coordinator, Sales for Greece, Cyprus & Lebanon, you will support a wide range of Sales & Marketing activities that directly contribute to member engagement, sales growth, and the overall success of the local business unit. Your role will involve coordinating promotions, events, communication, forecasting support, and administrative duties across these three markets. You will collaborate closely with distributors, vendors, internal teams, and regional partners to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Support the local promotions strategy, including implementation, forecasting support, and post-analysis.
  • Monitor the Sales Calendar to ensure accurate planning, timing, and execution.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing distributors.
  • Handle written and verbal communication with distributors, including calls, reports, rewards programs, newsletters, and translations.
  • Prepare, adapt, and execute recognition and communication for local and EMEA promotions.
  • Manage vendor interactions and coordination.
  • Support the organization, planning, and attendance of corporate and distributor events in Greece, Cyprus, and Lebanon.
  • Support budget planning and track estimates.
  • Identify opportunities for new business within the business unit.
  • Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations for Management, influencing the S&M agenda across the three markets.

Our requirements:
Education:

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field; sales/marketing certification is a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a related department (Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Events, or similar).

Technical skills:

  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience preparing reports in graphical formats.
  • Experience with Canvas is an advantage.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).

Soft skills:

  • Well-organized, responsible, and a proactive problem solver.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confident negotiator with the ability to support and drive revenue-impacting initiatives.
  • Team player with a high level of dedication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, communicative, and displaying a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within an international environment.
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
