THE ROLE:
Technician II, End User Support
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, install systems, and assist users.
Provide first-line support via phone/Teams chat.
Working knowledge of MBT OS file installation.
Collaborate effectively with the team.
Manage time efficiently and maintain documentation.
Provide VC troubleshooting support.
Work experience with ticketing tools such as Snow, Jira, etc.
Networking troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of remote-control tools.
Basic working experience with AD & DC servers and their roles.
3 to 4 years of IT infrastructure work experience.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Good knowledge of Microsoft products.
Basic system and network troubleshooting skills.
Basic knowledge of installing OS and debugging errors.
Ability to support IT hardware lifting and shifting.
Troubleshooting skills for VC tools.
Work experience with remote-control tools to assist remote users.
Ability to support system users of business units across pan-India locations.
Willingness to work in shifts or provide on-call support.
Education:
BCA or BE
