About the Role
The UAT Specialist supports digital implementations by coordinating testing teams, and supporting needed preparation work and follow ups, ensuring new features meet business requirements, and securing market sign‑off before go‑live. You will work with global, regional, and market teams to plan, execute, and validate UAT activities.
In This Role You Will
- Coordinate UAT teams across markets and ensure testers are prepared.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into test plans and test cases.
- Prepare test data, tools, devices, and testing environments.
- Execute functional and non‑functional tests, track defects, and support defect resolution.
- Review test deliverables and maintain UAT project plans.
- Collaborate with Test leads and project teams throughout UAT.
- Support markets during testing and participate in defect triage.
- Promote testing process improvements and follow organizational standards.
Our Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience/participation in software testing or QA.
- Good Understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and the Software Testing Life Cycle.
- Experience managing end‑to‑end test activities and creating test deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience working with global, regional, and market stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- ISTQB Foundation certification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with automation testing is preferred.
