Overview

THE ROLE:

The End User Services Technician II is responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization's PCs, laptops, Phones, handheld devices, and other network connected or related hardware. This position is also responsible for the proper execution of software residing on the desktop systems.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

It contributes to our team to manage the time like leave, weekend support, month end support, workload balance, quality support to GBS/GTS end users.

WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:

The GBS EUS team is supporting/working on following area to end user systems.

•   Oracle, DBA, QA, SQL, and .NET team’s all software installation & troubleshooting.
•   Migration of Desktops/laptops from Workgroup to Domain & configuring the necessary software’s under Group policy & giving necessary rights.
•   Managing and Monitoring Antivirus Tool in client Pc’s.
•   LAN ports issues & troubleshooting.
•   Configuring Workstation, Desktops, and laptop & troubleshooting. 
•   For all new join’s PCs, E-Mail configuration, IP phones, Mobile phone configurations. 
•   Projector & Video conference configuration.
•   Configuration of all the PCs, Laptops, Printers, Phones and Servers and Switches for basic support.
•   Samsung, iPhone, Tab and iPad Configuration and troubleshooting.
•   Configuring Network Printer & Local printer.
•   Other Major and Minor troubleshooting of the PCs and Laptops.


SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Skills:
•   Good knowledge of operating Systems such as Windows10 and basic Server knowledge.
•   Software installations and license tracking and support.
•   Experience in Laptop and Desktop Hardware assemble.
•   Experience windows patch and antivirus updates.
•   Experience in corporate support.
•   Assets management skill.
•   Domain configuration.
•   Remote support tools.
•   Network: LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP troubleshoot.
•   Software: Office 365, MS Project, MS Visio, Active Directory, OS imaging tool
•   Preferred Skills: Oracle Client, J Developer, J initiator, Toad, SQL Management, Oracle bi publisher, Oracle Forms and Reports, Primavera, Vault Client, Adobe Acrobat.

 

Experience: 
•   Minimum 4+ experience required and preferred skills.

 

Education: 
•   BE or 2+3 Any Graduate or Diploma from government Institution.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
•   Good Communication Skill. Collaboration
