About the role:
As an Operator Plus, Warehouse, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate operations within both Order Fulfillment and Assembly activities. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks on the warehouse floor, ensuring all work is completed according to quality standards, specifications, and work instructions. Your flexibility, productivity, and positive attitude will be essential as you support various processes such as picking, quality control, replenishment, labeling, packaging, kitting, and assembling Herbalife products.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure that all order fulfillment activities on the warehouse floor—such as picking, quality control, and replenishment—are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in line with operational standards.
- Execute a variety of assembly-related tasks according to specifications, including stripping, labeling, packaging, kitting, assembling, and coding Herbalife products.
- Perform the full range of departmental competencies and support both warehouse and production processes to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Provide operational guidance to the Warehouse Operators assigned to your production line, ensuring tasks are well coordinated and executed to quality expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing ideas and creative solutions to challenges impacting employees, distributors, and/or customers.
- Foster a collaborative environment by listening to and respecting the ideas of others while helping develop those ideas further.
- Lead and encourage the implementation of improvement initiatives that support operational excellence and innovation.
- Work according to established work instructions, maintain high productivity, remain flexible regarding tasks and working hours, and bring a consistently positive attitude to the team.
Our requirements:
- Min 1 year of experience in a similar operational or warehouse position – Nice to have.
- Ability to work between 06:00 and 23:00 (within rotating schedules).
- Willingness to work a 5 day work week, scheduled Monday through Saturday.
- Very good level of English — minimum B2.
- Dutch proficiency — nice to have.
- Vocational education level (VBO) or equivalent working/learning level.
- Strong problem solving abilities.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Flexibility in tasks and schedule
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Basic knowledge of Oracle & Kisoft
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to check and verify your own work as well as the quality of products being processed.
- Capability to provide operational guidance, instruction, and support to Warehouse Operators.
- Ensuring proper and safe use of tools and machinery.
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and hygienic working environment on a daily basis.
