Professional Office role based in Israel. 6‑month maternity cover contract, with potential extension.

In this role you will:
Overseeing day to day office maintenance
Managing office supplies, including ordering and receiving
Handling archive and document organisation
Providing administrative support to the Country Director
Coordinating basic IT requests and issue resolution
Assisting with HR related tasks and processes
Responding to Member enquiries, including questions about payments
Our requirements:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage daily office operations efficiently
Attention to detail in handling supplies, documentation, and archive management
Excellent administrative capability, including supporting senior leadership
Basic technical aptitude to coordinate IT requests and troubleshoot simple issues
Ability to assist with HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with Members, internal teams, and external partners
Customer‑service mindset with the ability to resolve Member enquiries, including payment‑related questions
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work proactively in a fast‑paced environment
