About the Role

You will support the commercialization of Herbalife products in Israel and/or E&A by ensuring full regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, regulatory authorities, consultants, and manufacturers to secure and maintain product approvals, registrations, certifications, and self‑compliance.

In This Role You Will

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations on health claims, labeling, formulation, and product registration.
  • Review new formulas for ingredient acceptability, product classification, and sales restrictions.
  • Develop and update printed components to ensure regulatory accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for product registrations, notifications, and certifications.
  • Respond to regulatory authority inquiries with required technical and non‑technical data.
  • Maintain renewals of registrations and various certifications.
  • Manage updates to raw materials, formulas, printed components, and SKUs in company systems.
  • Track regulatory changes and communicate impacts to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate daily with regulators, consultants, manufacturers, and internal departments.
  • Provide regular project status updates to your supervisor.

  • Previous industry or related experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulations for foods, beverages, supplements, and cosmetics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, or Administration.
  • Full bilingual proficiency in Hebrew and English.
